You all have been wonderful! Right from the first phone call with Blane. He was obviously very professional as well as knowledgeable. He helped us work, and talk through many options, as well as offer us competitive alternatives and offers to match or beat any competitors. When ever we needed him, he answered the phone and was immediately engaged. He put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. The staff was equally impressive. The constant updates and friendly demeanor was so appreciated, They were always professional and constantly on top of all things related to this loan process. I loved the updates with the videos explaining what to expect next and where we were in the process. All loan paperwork was completed early and they made a stressful process so easy and relieved the anxiety that comes with the homebuying journey. I would highly recommend the team to everyone, and definitely will do so. I can't thank them enough.
